ELIGIBILITY FOR FESTIVAL COMPETITION

​

  1. Sponsoring teacher is an association member in good standing.

  2. Membership dues should be sent to Mrs. Donna Sanders, VP and Treasurer, email her at dsanders14@sc.rr.com.

  3. Student is a pre-college student enrolled in school grades K-12 during the academic year of the festival. 

  4. No students who completed high school course work prior to August before the festival will be eligible to participate in festival nor scholarship auditions.

  5. Teacher or student is a SC resident; or the teacher's studio is located in South Carolina.
